Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the service date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the service event will incur a 30% fee. In the event we are not able to fulfill scheduled service in any modality - in person or virtually - we will offer 100% refund minus operative costs. Refunds will be processed through the payment provider used for the booking within 3 weeks. No shows will be charged the full amount for the service, absolutely no exceptions. We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Thank you.
