When Everything Breaks

Some people call it a breakdown. Others, a dark night of the soul.
I call it a threshold.
A sacred, terrifying moment when what once held you no longer fits.
You don’t know where you’re going,
but you know you can’t stay where you are.
Most of us spend our lives trying not to fall apart.
We hold the smile.
We keep it all “under control.”
We push through… until life says: “Stop pretending. Something deeper wants to live.”
When everything breaks, it’s not the end of you.
It’s the beginning of your return.
As a coach, I work with people in that in-between space.
Not lost, just in transition. Not broken, just shedding old skins.
It’s not about giving you answers.
It’s about holding you while your own truth rises — raw, shaky, and radiant.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You just need to be willing.
Healing doesn’t always look like light and crystals.
Sometimes it’s messy, loud, and covered in old wounds.
But there’s beauty there, too. In your honesty. In your tears.
In the bravery it takes to say: “I want something more real.”
You Are Not Alone If you’re in that space where the map has faded
and your heart is whispering a truth you don’t quite know how to follow…
I see you. I’ve been there.
And I’d be honored to walk beside you, not to lead you,
but to remind you: You already carry the way home.
With tenderness and truth,

Claudia Zamora
