Claudia supports the integration of deep experiences by working with the body, emotional regulation, and meaning-making. Her work focuses on helping individuals translate what they have lived into grounded presence, coherence, and practical change in everyday life.
Her role within Polaris is integrative rather than clinical or ceremonial: offering steady, compassionate accompaniment through the most delicate part of the process, the return to daily life with clarity and stability.

The Return

A Conscious Integration Retreat
Hosted at Shambala Retreat Center – Colombia


The Return is a seven-day integration retreat designed to support participants through the process of returning to daily life after a deep or ceremonial experience.
This retreat is hosted at Shambala Retreat Center, a sacred space in the Colombian Andes.
Shambala provides the physical setting, operational logistics, and facilitates the Ayahuasca Sacrament Ceremony
with experienced shamans, held within a framework of safety, ethics, and respect for ancestral medicine.

Polaris Wellness Solutions provides:

  • The conceptual and trauma-informed framework

  • Somatic and emotional integration before and after the ceremony

  • Structured spaces for reflection, embodiment, and meaning-making

The focus of The Return is not the ceremony itself, but what happens after, supporting participants in grounding, understanding, and integrating their experience with care and responsibility.

Self-Encounter: From Trauma to Love
A Somatic & Emotional Integration Workshop



AutoEncuentro is a two-hour, trauma-informed workshop designed to help participants understand how emotional experiences are held in the body and nervous system.
This workshop offers:

  • A compassionate framework for understanding trauma as experience, not identity

  • Tools for emotional awareness and self-regulation

  • A grounded approach to reconnecting with oneself without force or re-traumatization

AutoEncuentro can be experienced as a stand-alone workshop or as a foundational component within deeper processes, including retreats.
