These sessions offer a safe, grounded space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and understand emotions as meaningful information rather than obstacles. The process supports integration, not performance, allowing insight to unfold naturally and respectfully.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. • Sessions start and end on time out of respect for everyone’s schedule. • This is a non-clinical, integrative service and does not replace medical or psychological care.
